The latest WEF London conference was held from 31st January to 2nd February 2017 at the Bhavan Centre, Castletown Road, London W14 9HE. It was a very enlivened and interesting few days of fusion with women from around the world all gathered to support the theme for the conference this year “Awakening the Power Within : The Way Forward for UK”.
I was privileged to be able to partake and contribute on 1st February by leading a session titled “Mastering your Fear” and it was a very empowering session where I was asked to lead the group in meditation. Most of the delegates were keen to understand the principles of hypnotherapy in assisting sufferers to change their outlook through the hypnogogic state to a more meaningful and positive outlook which enables individuals to go forward with increased confidence and renewed enthusiasm.

I will be returning to Delhi again on 8th May for two weeks. Firstly, to attend the Women Economic Forum 2017 conference at the Pullman Novotel Hotel in New Delhi that is this year focused on “Creating, innovating, understanding and driving the future”.
In my capacity as a Member of the Advisory Executive Council for Health and Wellbeing I am honoured to be able to contribute at three levels over the course of the week.
- I will be partaking in a plenary to bring together the members and a discussion regarding our contributions towards innovating for health and wellness.
- I will be leading a session on “Stress, anxiety and fear : breaking free through hypnotherapy” and sharing the stage with Subashis Baneri who is a leading businessman in India.
- At the end of the conference I will be holding a round table discussion on Post Traumatic Stress : the problem of modern times.
