Kent’s Women in Rural Enterprise’s most recent coffee morning held at The Holiday Inn in Wrotham Heath shows increasing numbers find value in informal business networking.
WiRE is the only national UK organization solely dedicated to promote, support and develop rural businesswomen.
WiRE offers businesswomen many marketing and promotional opportunities with the online Marketplace, WIRED magazine and Directory, monthly newsletters, PR and media opportunities as well as local networking.
The WIRED magazine offers opportunities for members to advertise and write articles to be included in forthcoming issues gaining national exposure.
Mary White, of Cornelius Counselling & Hypnotherapy set up WiRE’s Kent Chapter approximately two years ago. It currently has around twenty members covering a diverse range of businesses from in and around the local area. Mary’s vision is to expand further into Kent creating other satellite chapters for the ever-growing number of successful businesswomen in the county.
